As flexible as a Swiss army knife, our undercarriage in combination with the chain can be adapted to all customer requirements and thus offers the perfect solution for every application, regardless of what is important: thrust, climbing ability, turning ability, transport or heavy additional equipment.
The combination equipment carrier is the "one for all" solution. Thanks to the SlopeTracer, it can follow the slope both parallel and depending on the ground. The Autotracer provides additional lateral support and perfect tracking. Thus another must-have for the perfect slope.
Quick-change system
Packed with stronger cylinders, load holding valves and pipe breakage protection, the new quick-change system enables the highest attachment torques required for snow canon transport or pipe maintenance. Of course, the unrestricted mobility is still maintained.
AllWayBlade Polar
Wider, higher and stronger best describe the Polar blade. Designed for our most powerful PistenBully, it guarantees optimum grooming results and durability in the toughest applications or when transporting snow canons thanks to the standard mounting bracket.
Driver's cab
The driver is the center of attention. This guiding principle is realized in our cab with comfort, ergonomics and intuitive operation. Thanks to generous glazing, perfect arrangement and ideal LED illumination, visibility is perfect, especially at night.
Control unit
For a steady hand and safe handling in every driving situation: driver's seat, armrest and joystick are firmly connected. An ergonomic and comfortable unit. Individually adjustable to the driver. Enables fatigue-free operation, even when driving in rough terrain.

SNOWsat
SNOWsat snow depth measurement provides a precise overview of the snow situation in the ski area. Only if you know the snow depths everywhere on the slopes can you move snow in a targeted manner. Half-steering wheel
Precise steering: The semi-steering wheel is infinitely adjustable side-to-side and fits comfortably in the hand. The driver effortlessly steers the PistenBully and finds the most important functions directly in the steering.
Sticks
As an option to the steering wheel: Stick control for direct handling and steering. A thumb dial potentiometer regulates travel speed.
Larger tank volume
Significantly more power and torque than its predecessor despite lower fuel consumption. Long range thanks to larger tank volume (300 l) for efficient and economical operation.
Diesel particulate filter
Environmentally friendly pioneer: With the clean 6-cylinder engine with 520 hp including diesel particulate filter, the PistenBully 600 Polar was the first snow groomer in the world to meet EU Stage V.
Compact engine
Compact engine with simple design. Fewer complex components and improved access. Thus clear, easy to maintain and less prone to faults and errors.

AutoTracer
Rear implement carrier with intelligent, active steering assistance. Possible in both rigid position (fixed) and floating position (relieved). When activated the tiller follows the 600W in the same curve radius. Automatic countersteering on side slopes. For automatic support and relief of the driver!
SlopeTracer
Intelligent control of the rear implement carrier. Can be used like a parallel tool carrier via software. Ensures perfect ground adaptation of the tiller in hilly terrain and automatically adjusts the milling depth. The patented SlopeTracer simplifies operation and enables very large movement radii.
SNOWsat
snow depth measurement
The high-precision snow depth measurement helps the operator detect slope areas with small amounts of snow and identify snow reserves – under, in front of and on both sides of the vehicle. This way snow can be pushed with precision and maximum quality can be achieved for the slope structure. Increases productivity while conserving resources and helping to preserve the environment.
