Laupheim, 25.04.2024. As always, the Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG stand at Mountain Planet in Grenoble once again captivated visitors. The latest developments in PistenBully, SNOWsat, PRO ACADEMY and service were presented under the motto “Integrated sustainability: sustainable now - open to technology in the future”.
PistenBully 800 W pushes boundaries
The new PistenBully 800 combines the concentrated experience of the past decades and is the essence of years of innovation. It is much bigger: engine, displacement, torque, chassis, blade. This combination stands for impressive climbing ability. With 1/3 more thrust than all snow groomers currently available on the market, the PistenBully 800 W also saves up to 9% fuel per cubic meter of snow moved. And that is much smaller: its CO2 emissions.
On the track with the electric drive
In addition to this attraction, visitors to Mountain Planet were also able to get an idea of the first fully electric PistenBully 100 E - proof of the high value that Kässbohrer has long placed on sustainability and the careful use of resources.
The flagship for the most demanding tasks in the park
The PistenBully 600 Polar ParkPro is the latest development at PistenBully: the 600 model is now also available equipped with ProBlade, ProMount, ProFlex tiller and NoDeck. Specially developed to increase performance and efficiency in the construction and maintenance of large snow parks in particular.
Get the most out of training: perfect instead of good!
The PRO ACADEMY also presented itself: Whether technical training, practical rider training, SNOWsat training or online courses - with a wide range of courses, the PRO ACADEMY is at the start 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
The appearance at Mountain Planet 2024 once again shows Kässbohrer's focus on the future. Because “Integrated Sustainability” combines long-term strategies and a holistic concept: Intelligently coordinated vehicles, technologies, training, tools and an unbeatable range of services for sustainable slope management, perfect slopes and successful ski resorts.
Concentrated female power: six French PistenBully drivers gave an enthusiastic insight into their work and their motivation for this extraordinary job.
The PistenBully 800 in combination with Kässbohrer Fast Exchange (KFX): This unique system for quick mounting and dismounting of the tiller in less than 30 seconds - without leaving the vehicle - will soon enable exceptionally efficient, flexible and targeted use of the tiller.
The international SNOWsat team was on hand with its comprehensive expertise to answer all inquiries and present SNOWsat's wide range of products and services. The focus was on SNOWsat iX with the predictive snow depth measurement SNOWsat LiDAR, as well as the new management platform SNOWsat Suite with its diverse analysis and reporting options.
