More than business partners:
25 years of success with PistenBully in Central and Eastern Europe

Laupheim, Germany, 2024-10-16. The idea gained traction 25 years ago: With their professional experience from the industry and a lot of courage, a group of young men within the agricultural machinery dealer "Živa zemedelska obchodní a.s." in Czechia founded the small "PistenBully slope maintenance machines" department. In September of 2009, they founded their own company, "TopKarMoto s.r.o.", which today, with over 30 employees, is working to advance the marketing of Kässbohrer's product range in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the region of western Poland. A picture-perfect success story!

An unstoppable team
Employees Pavel Lipensky and Jirka Pachel quickly sold their first PistenBully – and later also spare parts – in the nearby Czech ski resorts. With support from the Jindrisek brothers from Jilemnice, who had extensive technical knowledge about handling PistenBully machines, the mechanics of the Ziva team were extraordinarily fast at developing professional service and offering it to customers. The central warehouse for important ski resorts in the Giant Mountains, including what at that time was Czechia's most significant ski resort, Špindlerův Mlýn (literally "Špindler's Mill"), substantially contributed to this success.

Independent and successful with TopKarMoto
The potential of this dedicated team was also quickly recognized by Susanne Polak and Werner Seethaler, who were responsible for PistenBully in Eastern Europe then, and gave their active and friendly support to these colleagues on their promising path. The "Rolba" (still the common name of the PistenBully machine in this region) unstoppably conquered the Czech market!
Success brings with it responsibility – and the team took this very seriously. To secure their successful market development for the long term, in 2009 they resolved to found an independent company. This path received strong support from Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG. Pavel Lipensky took over the management of "TopKarMoto s.r.o." and is still leading it today. The concentration on marketing the PistenBully product range and the lawn care equipment of the "Reform" brand has persisted to this day.

And their success has continued: In 2015 western Poland was added as a sales region. Since 2019, the company is also responsible for the market in Slovakia and has earned a solid position there despite the many challenges in recent years.

For Alexander Dehm, Head of Sales, and Steve Junghans, Area Sales Manager at Kässbohrer, one thing is quite clear: "We owe a huge thank you to the dedicated employees of TopKarMoto, who even after 25 years are working tirelessly at advancing the PistenBully brand. Their commitment and continuous professional development are critical to the sustained success of their company – and thus also of ours! Without such outstanding dealers, it would not be possible for Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG to be so successful too!"

Pavel Lipensky adds: "What accounts for our success are trust, integrity, our fast response to changes, our good work – in conjunction with top quality – and our very clear strategy of 'Never give up!' This is all possible over such a long time and under challenging circumstances only with a partner like the team from Kässbohrer."
